Founder
Founder and lead consultant is Alan Baylis. With a PhD in plant sciences and an MBA (Henley), Alan is accredited to train Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats® and is a CIPD trained facilitator.
Previously in global R&D with ICI, Zeneca and Syngenta, Alan led many international projects from exploratory science to providing technical marketing support. Starting his career as a farmer, he has an energetic and practical approach.
Alan has a broad scientific and business network, including active membership of the Society for Chemical Industry, the Association of Applied Biologists and the Association of MBAs. He mentors MBA students at Henley Management College and Oxford Brookes University.
